PSU donates educational equipment and student uniforms to support flood-affected schools




Prince of Songkla University, through the Division of Student Development and Alumni Relations, Hat Yai Campus, organized a donation ceremony to provide learning materials, supplies, equipment, and student uniforms to representatives from 12 schools in Hat Yai and Bang Klam districts, Songkhla province.

The activity was held under the PSU School and Youth Flood Recovery Project on May 26, 2026, at Ban Tai School in Khu Tao subdistrict, Hat Yai district.




The project aims to support teaching and learning at schools affected by flooding by providing essential educational equipment, learning materials, and student uniforms. It also helps reduce financial burdens on affected families and supports schools in returning to normal operations as soon as possible.




The donated items included 40 desktop computers, 150 notebook computers, 40 printers, 40 55-inch televisions, sports equipment, stationery, supplementary reading books, learning materials, and more than 1,200 sets of student uniforms.



In addition, PSU will continue encouraging faculties, departments, and student organizations to carry out volunteer activities throughout 2026 to help restore affected schools and communities in a meaningful and sustained way.
