PSU President congratulates staff for national recognition at Thailand Energy Awards 2024
Prince of Songkla University, led by Asst. Prof. Dr. Niwat Keawpradup, President, together with the executive team, extended congratulations to Assoc. Prof. Dr. Montri Luengchavanan, a lecturer in the Sustainable Energy Management Program, Faculty of Environmental Management.
Dr. Montri was honored with an Outstanding Award in the category of Innovation on Alternative Energy from the project “Nano Wind Turbine” at Thailand Energy Awards 2024, organized by the Ministry of Energy through the Department of Alternative Energy Development and Efficiency.
The congratulatory recognition was presented during the University Executive Board Meeting No. 1/2026 on April 1, 2026, at the Office of the President, PSU Hat Yai Campus.
This achievement marks another source of pride for the university and reflects the strong capability of PSU personnel in producing impactful academic work and innovations that contribute concretely to the development of renewable energy in Thailand. The Nano Wind Turbine Project has been recognized as one of the country’s outstanding initiatives in the field of alternative energy applications.
