PSU co-hosts royal merit-making ceremony




His Majesty the King has graciously granted permission for Prince of Songkla University to serve as a co-host in the royal merit-making ceremony, including the chanting of Buddhist scriptures, in dedication to Her Majesty Queen Sirikit the Queen Mother. The ceremony took place on Thursday, March 19, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. at Dusit Maha Prasat Throne Hall, the Grand Palace.



On this occasion, the Chairman of the University Council led a delegation of university executives, including the Vice Chairman of the Council, the President, vice presidents, faculty administrators, as well as alumni and staff of Prince of Songkla University, to participate in the ceremony with due reverence.



The university’s participation in this royal ceremony reflects the profound gratitude and unwavering loyalty of its leadership, alumni, and personnel, who came together in unity to pay tribute with the utmost respect and dignity.
