The ceremony was presided over by the President of the university, who delivered opening remarks and congratulated award recipients. University executives also participated in presenting certificates to outstanding student leaders, exemplary students, and award-winning activity projects.
The President commended students for their dedication and contributions to society through participation in student organizations and activities. He emphasized that student engagement plays a vital role in developing personality, social skills, life perspectives, and real-world understanding.
Academic knowledge alone is not sufficient for future success, and that students who actively engage in extracurricular activities demonstrate foresight by preparing themselves to live and work effectively within society.
In the 2025 academic year, more than 1,000 students from over 60 organizations participated in driving extracurricular activities. The forum also included recognition of exemplary student leaders, outstanding students, and high-impact projects, along with poster presentations and awards for student organizations that consistently contributed to university activities.
Overall, the event highlights PSU’s commitment to holistic student development through meaningful engagement, fostering well-rounded graduates equipped to contribute to society in the future.
