PSU HomeCare
Baan Waisai Songkhla Nakarin serves as a comprehensive support center that promotes students’ mental well-being, emotional resilience, and life skills—key foundations for academic and personal success. The center ensures equitable access to all students, including women, LGBTQ+ individuals, vulnerable populations, students from low-income families, and those with disabilities.
As part of PSU’s women’s access scheme, the center provides free counseling, mentoring, and psychological support services to help female students manage stress, overcome personal and academic challenges, and build confidence in pursuing their education. In addition, trained mentors and mental health professionals offer individual guidance and group workshops focusing on empowerment, self-care, and leadership development.
By integrating mentoring and inclusive mental health support, Baan Waisai Songkhla Nakarin enhances women’s access to quality education and personal growth opportunities, ensuring that all students can learn, thrive, and succeed in a safe and supportive environment.

These scholarships promote gender equality in higher education, enabling women to continue their studies and participate fully in academic and leadership activities.
Inclusive Environment and Capacity-Building Initiatives

- Establishing safe and inclusive spaces such as PSU Pride Clinic and Women Support Networks, offering guidance on physical and mental health, reproductive health, and gender equality.
- Providing career development programs, leadership workshops, and skills training to empower women in science, technology, and management fields where they have been underrepresented.
- Conducting outreach activities in collaboration with local schools, NGOs, and community networks to encourage young women to pursue higher education and STEM-related disciplines.
