Adaptive reuse and renovation of old building:
Hat Yai Campus
An old, unused building that had been abandoned for a long period was renovated and converted into the office of the Wastewater Treatment Unit, Utilities Division, Physical and Environmental Division, Hat Yai Campus, Prince of Songkla University. The facility is now used for operations related to data collection, inspection, and quality control of the university’s central wastewater treatment ponds.


Pattani Campus
The Pattani Campus renovated the Thai Commercial Bank Utid Building, which had previously been an unused and abandoned structure, transforming it into a small hotel-style accommodation to expand the services of the Blue Lapan Inn Pattani guesthouse. The renovated building now features 7 standard rooms and a hostel area with 14 beds, officially opened for service on April 2, 2024.
